External laboratory management
The imetrologie offers long-term relief from cost-intensive staff. Based on many years of experience, we can take over all laboratory-specific management tasks in your company on a permanent or temporary basis. In accordance with a contractual agreement with the DAkkS, we take on the following tasks:
- Top management: laboratory management / deputy management
- Preparation of procedural and work instructions / uncertainty balances
- Training of your employees (technical and system relevant modules)
- External quality management representative
- Performance of internal audits
- Qualification of your calibration and process equipment
We offer solutions on all levels and advise you cost-neutrally.
Test equipment management
We organize the timely recalibration of your test equipment and standards. If required, we can also supply you with an externally calibrated standard on loan to maintain your traceability.
In the case of new procurements, we advise you with regard to your requirement profile, taking into account an adequate price/performance ratio.
Finally, if required, we also prepare a measurement system analysis (MSA) according to the criteria:
- Accuracy
- Repeatability, reproducibility
- Stability
- Resolution
- Linearity
Conformity statements
The imetrologie is an accredited conformity assessment body accodring to DIN EN ISO / IEC 17025. We prepare result reports documenting the conformity of measuring and testing systems in accordance with QM standards, manufacturer or customer specifications.
Our claim is to scrutinize your conformity requirements and your applications in order to achieve an optimal measurement result. We can improve the accuracy of your measurement system by selecting the calibration method, determining the calibration points, matching the installation conditions, and even applying characteristic curve approximations (adjustment).
