Profile measurement (TUS)
In a profile measurement, suitable probes are placed in the useful volume of the furnace. These are installed in the form of a measuring cuboid. This is used to determine the heat distribution in the useful volume. This can range from -196 °C to 1,200 °C and includes both climatic chambers and muffle furnaces, as well as much more.

Drag measurements
In a drag measurement, thermocouples are inserted into the furnace line during operating to accurately trace the temperature profile of the furnace line.

Comparison measurement (SAT)
In a comparison measurement, in addition to the built-in monitoring, another feedback comparative monitoring is installed in the furnace in parallel. This makes it possible to compare how accurately the permanently installed monitoring measures during typical use of the furnace.

Instrumentation (calibration and adjustment of measuring and control equipment)
We carry out the simulation of temperature signals as an accredited service according to DIN EN ISO / IEC 17025. We prepare a result report regarding the conformity of your furnace class. In case of detected deviations outside the specification, we perform an adjustment.

DAkkS calibration of standards (primary standards / secondary standards / batch testing)
Based on our DAkkS accreditation we calibrate process calibrators / resistance thermometers and thermocouples for metrological applications according to AMS, NADCAP, CQi-9.
